BIMPAIR Suspension

1. Purpose
This policy defines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to all orders placed on the BIMPAIR Suspension website. It applies to all customers without distinction.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification. The request must be made by email or via the website contact form.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be accepted, any return must meet the following conditions: the request is made within the legal timeframe, the product is unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories and instructions. Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
4. Return Procedure
Before sending any product back, the customer must contact customer service to obtain prior authorization. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. No return will be accepted without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error attributable to BIMPAIR Suspension, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an acknowledged delivery error or defective product, BIMPAIR Suspension will cover the return costs.
6. Refund Terms
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, BIMPAIR Suspension will proceed with either a refund or the issuance of a credit note. The refund will cover the purchase price of the product concerned. Initial delivery fees are not refundable, except where legally required or in the event of seller error. Processing will take place within a maximum period of 30 days.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return: personalized products, used or damaged products, modified products, incomplete products, products without original packaging, and unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
8. Defective Products – Warranty
All products are covered by a contractual warranty of two years from the date of delivery. In case of a proven defect, the customer must contact after-sales service to receive return instructions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow usage instructions.
9. Limitation of Liability
BIMPAIR Suspension shall not be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or commercial prejudice.
10. Refusal of Refund
Any refund may be refused in the following cases: late return, non-compliant product condition, lack of prior authorization, product deterioration, or improper use.
