1. Purpose
This Shipping Policy defines the terms and conditions governing the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed on the BIMPAIR Suspension website. It applies to all customers without distinction.
2. Delivery Areas
BIMPAIR Suspension delivers its products to mainland France and European Union countries. Available delivery areas are displayed during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and verification of delivery details. The standard preparation time is generally 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. They depend in particular on the selected carrier, the destination, and possible customs procedures. Indicative delivery times are: France: 2 to 5 business days, Europe: 3 to 7 business days. BIMPAIR Suspension cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and selected delivery method. All fees are displayed before order confirmation.
6. Carriers
Deliveries are handled by carriers selected by BIMPAIR Suspension. The choice of carrier depends on logistical constraints and destination.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their shipment through the carrier’s website.
8. Transfer of Risk
The risks associated with transportation are transferred to the customer when the package is handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the package upon delivery.
9. Package Reception
Upon delivery, customers must check the condition of the package, verify product conformity, and report any visible damage. Any issue (damaged package, missing item, defective product) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, the delivery will be deemed compliant.
10. Undelivered or Returned Packages
In the event of an incorrect address, recipient absence, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed package, the parcel may be returned to BIMPAIR Suspension. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
11. Partial Deliveries
BIMPAIR Suspension reserves the right to ship orders in several separate deliveries. Each shipment shall be considered an independent delivery.
12. Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BIMPAIR Suspension is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
13. Force Majeure
BIMPAIR Suspension shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, administrative restrictions, and extreme weather conditions.
